Hot Stone Massage

"The body is the temple to our inner well-being treat it with kindess"
- Michelle Madera

Born in New York and raised in Boston, Michelle received her computer business degree from Boston Fisher College and later attended the Massage Therapy program at the Salter School. After years of suffering from severe migraines, she turned to holistic treatments, and quickly learned how beneficial they can be. Michelle is on a mission to promote awareness of the body/mind connection and support individuals in achieving life balance through personal wellness. Five years into her
massage career, Michelle started her own practice, then expanded her services out of state for the opportunity to work with minor league baseball players, NBA players, and celebrities in Miami. Today, with more 14 years of high level experience in both medical and spa settings, her clients range from elite athletes to individuals who simply need to get back on their feet. Michelle’s massage specialties include medical, deep tissue, sports, Swedish, pediatric, geriatric, and prenatal, as well as trigger point therapy and reflexology. She often combines modalities to create a unique and personal synthesis, and each client benefits from Michelle’s individualized treatment plan with a high level of professionalism and integrated techniques to meet their specific needs. She also seeks to help clients with pain management and educate them on prevention and recovery. Michelle enjoys traveling, being by the water, nature, and spending time with her family.
